In a busy warehouse, this chemical manufacturer needed real-time situational awareness of workers. Loading and in-transit accidents can cause chemical spills which created safety hazards and forced downtime.

Solutions:

The plant leveraged the Guardhat all-in-one, hands-free, Communicator smart hardhat, connected with the Guardhat platform to monitor safety of front-line workers and industrial assets. The solution also included third-party wearables for physiological monitoring, such as the SlateSafety wearable device.
